food is always fresh the staff is friendly and the wait is short

I visit this McDonald's fairly regularly and aside from being one of the cleaner and more efficiently run McDonald's around, I personally experienced here the kind of extra effort and kindness for a customer that one rarely sees in any business, never mind a fast food place. I tossed my iPhone into their trash, did not realize it until hours later, called them about this and an Employee voluntarily went out into the dumpster and dug through the trash until they found it. Special thanks to manager Emily and - I'm sorry if I have already forgot the name - Debbie (?) for going the extra mile. Wonderful people!

It seems no matter what time of day or night I visit this location the dining area is dirty, the employees are overwhelmed & under trained. Time for a new manager.
